How is it used
First you must turn off the power and then remove the cover of the two electrical wires. There should be a neutral wire and a hot wire. Then., the power must be turned back on. The circuit tester should have two tester wires, with a metal tip. One of the metal tips should touch the hot wire while the other one touches the neutral wire. If the tester lights up then that means the circuit is working properly.
